Over the course of years, Azam has managed and consulted on projects for industries including technical, petrochemical, manufacturing, construction, consulting, and educational, among others. Mr. Zaqzouq has served as a program/project management consultant for organizations creating project offices, and best/good practice standardization for 15+ years. All in accordance with existing Vision Realization Offices (VROs).
As a Consultant in Program/Project Management Office (PMO), Mr. Zaqzouq has taught organizations how to successfully implement project management offices as an organizational body/entity, technical training of Project Management, risk management, and other courses. Mr. Zaqzouq has taught for Saudi ARAMCO, Ericsson, KACST, NGHA, Xenel Group, Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), SABIC, STC, Mobily, Atheeb, MTN, SBM, General Intelligence, Abdullatif Jameel (ALJ), Saudi Oger, among others. He is a certified professional trainer with 28,000+ of training hours. Guided/followed up 280+ Project Managers to become as a PMI Certified PMP’s.
Mr. Zaqzouq has contributed as a Reviewer and Contributor of the PM Global Standards: “A Guide to the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – 5th & 6th & 7th Editions”, and “The Standard for Program Management – 2nd & 3rd Editions”. Volunteered as a member of the PMI formal Arabic Translation Verification Committee (TVC) of the (PMBOK® Guide) 3rd Edition.
Mr. Zaqzouq is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has spoken on project management, project management certifications, and project methodologies at numerous trade shows, PMI chapter meetings. Managed & Conducted a PMI PMP® Certification Preparation Program for Non-Profit Organizations; such as Jordan Engineers Association (JEA). When not writing, teaching, practicing, or consulting Mr. Zaqzouq can be found behind a camera or training for another marathon.
Managing a strategic researching project; “Alirada Rouh Alidara (ARA)” (i.e.; “Will; the Spirit of Management” Sourcebook that will uplift Will (Aliradah)… and guide Project Management (Alidarah)… all in accordance to the trio of: Authentic Revelation, Intact Innateness, and Sound Reason. Authored various articles in Project Management.
In his spare time, he thinks a lot about sustainability and how to qualify/enhance people practicing project management around the world to, considerably, contribute in making the world a better place.
